But even if it is indeed an AFS light, you claim it will fit without any problems (ballast are the same, I assume). Just wanted to clarify, because some of these posts are scarying me.
Which bulbs did you use? I am thinking of getting a set of used Phillips 85122 and hoping they would have color shifted as I like a hint of blue in mine, but don't want to loose the brightness by going to 6000K (or looking for CM bulbs that are 3x the cost of these common Philips).
make sure when you buy the ballasts, you should ask the seller that the ballast came with the RX wire harness, because the HID harness connector plug is the same as you halogen wire harness plug for direct swap, so you don't have to cut you halogen harness, and for the AFS is different story it has it own connector, so you don't have to worry about that. If you car didn't come with HID AFS, so it doesn't have extra connector to connect to the headlights, and I using 85122 for color to shift later, but I found out the 85122+ is a little brighter, hope it help

07-09 OEM hids are a direct swap to your vehicle. its as easy as taking out your lights and installing the new one in. thats it. dont the get the 04-06 because some have a different connector than your 09. they will still work, but you will need to some wire tapping. I have done a bunch of Hid swaps and the OEM lights are the easiest to do.
if you are going to buy them from ebay ask the seller from what year they came from and also make sure to ask if they been tested. there are a lot of flood vehicle headlights out there that don't work and are been posted for sale on ebay.

Thanks for everyone feedback. Finally got all components, did the swap-out yesterday - worked like charm. All OEM, including ballasts & Phillips 85122 bulbs. I do not have AFS or self-leveling in my car, so those systems are not connected (no wiring). How do I align the headlights to specs and what are those specs?
Will post pic later on today. Thanks again, everyone!

the factory specs kind low, so I did a little adjust to make the light beam a little higher, just park you truck face to the wall and do adjust to the level you like

Any way to add self-leveling (not AFS) without much hassle and expense? Did you look into that?

as far as self level goes, it kind impossible to do it now, because you have to have two sensor one front and one on the back, but it not just that it also have to run wire to ECU or something like that to make it work? I am not sure how, but I don't really care for that, I am happy with the way it now
