I found this, so it would be the one after the cat by the radiator correct? You can see it where you take off the tray to change your oil

codes which start with "P" are standard across the board codes for ALL vehicles.

there fore they all have to mean the same thing. that is a standard picture, therefor it will be the same for yours.

alternatively you could just go to the dealer parts dep. and ask them for a bank 2 sensor 2 O2 sensor, and they should be able to get it for you. (or get one of the service advisors to ask a mechanic)

Well I went yesterday morning to ask the parts guy at Lexus and he told me that they dont go by "sensor 2" and that bank 1 is in the front and bank 2 was in the rear. Which is oppisite of what everyone else has said.

I'm trying to find a good diagram for you.
*I need to repost the pictures*
This is for Heated O2 sensors.

REMOVE NO. 3 EXHAUST FRONT PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Bank 2)
(a) Remove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts, 2 compression springs and No. 3 exhaust front pipe sub-assembly.

REMOVE EXHAUST FRONT PIPE ASSEMBLY (for Bank 2)
REMOVE OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2)

Hope that helps

It looks like it's located in this pipe.

SST: 09224-00010
Torque: 44 Nm (449 kgf-cm, 32 ft-lbf)

Okay, here is a good diagram to give you the general location.
