You could try using one of your wife's or GF's make-up applicators or a fine sponge. I'd try to rub the powder on the top edge of the glass as well as on the rubber gasket itself if you can get at it. Open and close the window a few times to get it dispersed in the track and this should stop the sticking temporarily. If you have tried other lubes, like silicone, you might need to clean the rubber seals with some IPA first. I'd still keep the pressure up on Lexus for a permanent fix though.
