Will IS200 rims fit an RX350

Hi
I am looking for a set of rims for winter tyres and IS200 rims like these

are freely available at reasonable prices and added to that the tyres are 2/3rds the price of the ones for 18" rims.
Will they fit??

Also does anyone have any feedback on good winter tyres for use in the alps - was looking at the usual list ie Vredestien Wintrac, bridgestone Blizaks, Nokian WRG2. Was tending towards the nokian...

While the wheels will bolt on, I'm unsure of the offset and width of those wheels.

Simple answer appears Not
The IS has a 50 offset and the RX circa 35

Anyone know if the old RX300 (99-02) 16" wheels fit the new RX350?

Really dont want to spend a fortune on winter tyres
