I've got an '04 RX 330 and thanks to you guys, just replaced my side mirror. I was wonderign if it was possible to retrofit a non-nav RX to a nav system. I am looking to spice up my RX because right now it is a little boring...

I'll be interested to see what others have to suggest. I doubt that the non navi cars are all prewired with the connectors required so you could just buy a 2nd hand RX navi head and install and plug it in. That would be almost too easy. Have you looked at other aftermarket in dash navi stereo heads? Something like this? http://www.crutchfield.com/p_130AVIC....html?tp=20212
Example only, I havent used a kit like this but seem them all over.

dcfish is a user on this forum as well as Lexus Owners Club. He has means of getting the
newer nav screen with latest maps loaded as well as provide you with a custom harness, detail instructions and trade-in on your old nav unit.
The last time I talked to dcfish I believe he charges in the realm of $1500 for a new higher resolution nav/hvac/screen with a trade-in of my original nav unit. I didn't go for it at the time because I have a
Pioneer AVIC Z1 with Z3 maps loaded and a 40GB worth of jukebox space from my previous car so I'm going with that route, otherwise yes I would want to go with the factory look.
