Default TRD exhaust

I work at a Lexus dealer, and I started this RX350 and noticed that it sounded pretty throaty. After I parked it I walked around saw this on it:

Anyone have this on their RX? I think it's be great to throw on my mom's RX and see if she says anything lol

I don't think anyone here would have that. They are too conservative. You should have got a sound clip!

Just cut the muffler off and run a straight pipe. Did it for my IS-F's mufflers and sounds great. I am thinking about doing it to my wifes RX-330.

pass on that. wouldn't want my rear lip to have an empty slot. like having a single exhaust system for a dual bumper, it doesn't look right.

The issue of the exhaust note is very subjective. Your community may have noise laws too.

I would suggest that test the system out. Also make sure that at cruising speed (engine-rpm) an annoying drone is not set inside the cabin.
