I am having radio and/or amplifier problem as decribes:

RX330 2004, the radio is the 6 disc system, and the nav screen up above it. What happens is, the radio seems perfect, tunes and plays cds etc, except the volume is locked at 0. You turn the volume **** up and nothing happens (doesnt even change). Turn it down and the radio screen says Volume 0. Also, we can't adjust the audio settings (bass treb etc) The **** works because you can tune FM with it, but when you go to adjust sound options it just doesnt work?!

I have the mechanic checked the fuses and all fuses are working...Any one has any suggestion please? I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks

It looks like you are having issues with the Head Unit (CD, Cassette, and Radio) the volume **** to be more specific and NOT necessary the amplifier. When you turn up the volume, it should indicate with a number that it's being turn up/down. Since yours keeps staying at 0, there are no signal sending to the amp so there is no sound. Now if you want to stay OEM, you have to get the head unit fix or looking around for a new/working head unit. Or, you can just scrap all that and go after market which will have many more functions and probably an upgrade in general.
