I think they re-set the power windows operation after replacing the battery.

Thanks all!
Should be in your owners manual. You can call the dealer and thy will give it to you as well. You can also call the service manager too. If I run across it, I will post.

I sympathize with you but before you call, list/organize your concerns. If needed write them as an email and read it and see if it from a 3rd person (reader). Part of getting a resolution is making your story comprehensible. Diagnosis at the dealership and getting the repairs done on your own may have little bearing on the complaint.

Wish you best of luck.

$120 for replacing the freaking battery? Damn, that's brutal.

Do not assume that they did everything they were supposed to, there is plenty of high school dropouts work there. I would re-set the windows, to at least rule this problem out, it is a very simple procedure, and it's in the manual also.

And if the windows start working after re-set, go to the dealer and demand your $120 back, because they obviously charged you for it.

Even though You had the battery changed at the dealer I would still try the disconnect for a night. You obviously still have problems so what would it hurt in trying? Computer systems can be finicky. My 07 Avalanche had a high idle problem the dealership could not fix but when my battery was replaced it sat for a few hours, the computer reset and guess what, idle is smooth and steady now going on three months. With all the testing they did I would definitely try a total reset. We can help you reprogram the sunroof and windows.

Default a last suggestion !

You can going in a car scraper, used parts, to find a complete computer.

Removed all your relay one by one and reinstall them.

Look a tubing near the motor is one are squeze.

Call toyota and tell about the service and money you spend without any result. Dont hang up until you have an answer. They will transfer you several time.

Sell the car

Good lock
