Default checking battery condition - starting engine delay

i look at my rx350 battery today the tiny clear hole( eye ) .
it's clear and have some yellow spots on it. i've read the manual ,

2007 rx350
page 301

"" Clear or light yellow: not working properly, have the battery checked by your lexus dealer. ""

only problem i have right now is when i try a cold start i have to start it 2 time at lease to get engine started, however if i run the car and turn off, then go back and turn it back on, it will just do it with only 1 start.

don't know if it was by the battery

i'm almost over my warranty @ 46600. i don't want to spend anymore money as i am broke.

any of you have any ideas? if this is ok or what?

The only way to accurately check a battery is under a load. Take it to the dealer while still under warranty. Most auto supply stores will also load check at battery. Of course, if it turns out bad they would expect you to buy a new one from them.

Battery warranty is longer than basic, something like 7 years. Take it to the dealer like Rainbird said. I had mine replaced at 42K and 4+ years, no charge.
