Lexus Test Driver
I actually wish I could use MP3 CD's. Really annoying to lose this feature when my 14K 06 Scion xA does it stock.

I just purchased the iPhone4 and now I need help with bluetooth to work for my Lexus RX 350 YEAR 2007 do anyone have a way to work this. I hate using my phone when driving and need it to connect to my speakers in my car. My blackberry phone worked fine but I had to do an upgrade on my telephone.
Any help?
Thanks,

Where do I find the OEM CD Changer plug to plug this unit into the car?
Mine is a 2005 RX but I'm guessing it's somewhere behind the radio since the OEM 6-disk changer is located back there? Any DIY somewhere?
thanks

iSimple
Try the iSimple Gateway. I have it in my 08 RX and it works great. Adding Bluetooth to the iSimple Gateway device next.
iPod/iPhone play and charge less than $200 without Bluetooth
Make sure you get the iOS 4
Update.
Can NOT recommend the iSimple Bluetooth.

I think I will need to get either another USA-Spec ipod to Toyota/Lexus or go with a iSimple Gateway or Dice Media Bridge since I can't get the USA-Spec to charge my iPod Mini or iPhone.
Dice Media Bridge seems the better of the three. Sucks I have to spend another dime but...

New Bluetooth option available
That works with iPhone and music. I have one ordered but not yet installed. Gateway has been in for a while

Dice
Check out review on GS forum for the Dice - seems to be impressive with only one warning review. Seems the Dice 1500 might be a nice addition.
Going to have iSimple bluetooth option installed next week with iOS 4.x update.

Man, I have been suffering with an FM tuner ipod transmitter...due to my sheer laziness, for a couple years. In hindsight, I should have RAN to best buy or my nearest vasi dealer and had it hardwired in. The FM tuner is just pure junk--lousy sound, no dynamic range, overloads on loud passages, picks up noise because they do not modulate the RF carrier with a wide enough deviation, AND if you travel around, you will run into regions where you are on the same channel as some local FM satation and have to go reprogram the frequency on the fly! Junk!
