I have a 2006 Lexus RX 400h that had 'barking' brakes when pressed, even in park. Sounded like an arctic seal bark to be specific. Took it to a local franchise tire shop and they bled the brakes, which did stop the barking. However, the "Check VSC System" immediately came on and I do have significant loss in braking power.

The shop tried for a couple hours to reset it or figure out what caused it, but they could not. Rural area and not a lot of Lexuses come in.

I'm 2 hours from the closest Lexus dealer and frankly, I'm nowhere near able to afford Lexus type of charges. I am a bit of a computer geek, however, and could get a Techstream cable such as this, https://tinyurl.com/4mkhu73z to help diagnose, if that is my angle to go at this.

I appreciate any help and guidance!
