Bypass NAV lockout in 08 RX400h????
Just came home with our new 2008 RX400h. On the way home one of the first things I noticed was that NAV lockout. My version of NAV, so my question is can this be bypassed so that I can change destination and watch movies on long trips or is this not possible.
Also, I can't seem to find a "Distance to Empty" reading or setting. Does this not have it?
Any help is appreciated.

a few options to research. anything you read about touching upper left corner of your touch screen, the the lower left etc to get to a hidden menu will not work on your car.

Check out http://coastaletech.com/DELUXE_LOCKPICK.htm
I have the basic lockpick which allows you to use the NAV system while the car is in motion.
