Mine works fine when the HID are on. I know cos I saw the residue windows washer fluid left on the headlights.

Yeah so they are not working. I doubt they are even raising up at all.

Turns out I didn't know the headlights needed to be on for them to work. I tried with them on, and the washers are working just fine. Thanks for the advice. Looks like this generated a lot of interest!
