RX Interior Dog Protection
I have never owned a dog before, but we are seriously thinking about getting a miniature dachshund. One of my big concerns is that I a VERY feisty about maintaining the interior of my cars. Is there some sort of trick/device/cover that you dog lovers do to keep your RX pristine? I also own an LS460 which I am just as concerned about.

I only use one vehicle to transport the dog. The dog does not get into the LS430. I used to give the dog free rein of the interior of my old Dakota. In the new (to me) Subaru Outback, I'm planning to buy a pet barrier to go behind the back seat. Although, I may just put the back seat down find something to cover the entire floor behind the front seats.

I put one of these in my wives RX last week. Seems well built and heavy-duty and will hold up well to our retriever.

If you put the dog in the back seat a hammock style seat cover is great and will keep the dog from falling on to the floorboard.
