Ewe on the vinyl.... I tried that once. It was messy and just gave up knowing the spray paint would be better. Spray paint will take about 10min of your time to get everything even. If it gets messed up than brake cleaner spray will take it right off. Then you can try again. Blackening the rears would apply allot more paint than the fronts.
