Thanks Draco, please keep us posted. It would be sweet if we have these folding mirrors with Nigel's Led side mirror cover for complete swap out then it would really make my day.

I like the folding mirrors option too. A lot of cars overseas have it. My friend in Hong Kong had a 2005 civic with folding mirrors.

Has anyone tried to implement this on the 2nd gen U.S. models?

This would be nice to have but I bet it's very costly.

Glad to see my video ^^^^^ is still around

Anyway, have been considering these
as a mod to my car. This will at least allow me to get the function that I was after when I first started this thread. I will (when I get around to it) do a "build" thread.

Yes very !! I've asked one time to buy the power folding mirrors also require the mirror ECU and control panel, I forgot how much it was exactly but I vaguely remember close to $1500 not including labor and programing if any.

Draco, you seriously should think about getting into business about exporting power folding mirrors and parts to us over here in US I bet a lot of us would like to have this feature here.
