I recently noticed my car stank inside of wet boots... checked out the rear floors and they're soaked.
What are some of the things I can check to see what's causing this?

this can get to be a big job really quick. are you sure all the windows and doors were closed before the wet floor? more than likely they were
check the easy stuff first, door seals and sunroof seals. dont forget to the check the A/C drain tube, its located on the passenger side front where the feet go.
also try and check the run channels on the roof.
if its not any of those, it gets interesting, and depending where you are, running a hose on the car for a while may not be an option.
is it possible that you are using rubber floor mats up front and from the mass quantity of snow it over flowed running rear??
