Need some help I was in the navi override screen messing arnd and I pushed the load software button I think and I loaded a Japanese firmware now. I'm currently stuck on a screen where it says "error;system unable to access the program." incorrect program disk please insert proper disk. Any help?

 

Do a search here and at www.lexusownersclub.com May people have made this mistake and the solution is not the same in each case, nor is it simple. I've ready of solutions as simple as disconnecting the battery, to taking the NAV unit apart and discharging the power in some capacitor(s) in there to reset the unit. The stealership (as usual - mostly) will be clueless and tell you that you need a new NAV unit for 1000s of dollars.

 

go to the back of the car and take out the disk for the nav and put it back in
