Default RX330 Heater problem

My heater works fine when the car is moving but when idling cool air comes from the vents. There does appear to be a motor or fan going on and off more frequently. What could be the problem. Thanks

i don't know..

when your car is moving it pulls air from under the hood inside your cabin, when you stop it does not pull air in, ( air circulation )

so maybe your fan is broken

Are you low on coolant?
