I wanted to do a little snow drifting this morning in my '04 RX330 so I thought it would be fine to just pull the ETCS fuse in the engine bay to disable the traction control, well it didn't work. I ended up putting the fuse right back in and now my Check Engine Light is on as well as my VSC light. Can I just reset it by pulling the battery for about 10 minutes or will this cause any other issues.

removing the battery cable should work just fine. be sure you remove the negative cable not the positive.
also, keep in mind you will have to reset alot of features, windows, moon roof, etc. after removing the cable.
as for your original idea, chances are there isnt a switch because you could damage something. last thing you want to do is damage the rear end or the tranny for a chance to go drifting. you would be better off buying an old nissan 240sx for the drifting.

how do you reset the windows and moon roof? Would this be in the manual?
As far as drifting in the RX, its just for some fun in the snow. I have a 240sx to really beat on in the summer

CEL and VSC light turned themselves off after I left the car in the garage for about an hour. No worries, let the snow drifting continue. Except now I have to listen to that annoying beeping noise and my birage of lights on the cluster.

What? There is no fuse that disables VSC and/or Trac Control in AWD 2007 RX? Damn... I was hoping that there is something I could do. My body and I went to do some laps on the snow track, and while I was jumping snow banks, all day long, in my wifes GX470, he was getting bored with his electronics preventing him from driving normally. I really want him to smash his car next time, as no matter what he did, he couldn't do it last time. Just kidding
But can we pull something out (fuse, etc) to make this car drivable on the snow?

Now, Now! Time travelers. I did use search button, but no definitive answer on how to disable the track and skid on 07. I know that putting a switch to the harness won’t work, but there must be a relay or a fuse. I wonder if I can do it through a computer.
