So this is the deal.
I recently started taking the train to work (loving it). The only time I get to use my RX now is on the weekends.
So my question is:
Is using my RX only the weekends detrimental to the health of my car?
Thanks all.

two of the biggest issues with letting the car sit for extended periods of time is cupping in the tires due to it sitting in one spot for so long. but this is only an issue usually when a car sits for over a month in the same spot.
the other is the fuel. adding a long-term fuel stabilizer will keep fuel fresh. i've used STA-BIL in both cars and lawn equipment for years and it works great. i can be found at auto parts stores almost anywhere - http://www.goldeagle.com/brands/stabil/default.aspx

Driving once a week is ok, but make sure you drive for a longer time (30 miles or so). You want to make sure the exhaust gets hot enough to really vaporize the water.
The other issue would be keeping the battery tended.
