Wow, that is in 100 times better condition than my car was when I purchased it. And mine had 120,000 miles less! Congratulations.

That is a very clean looking RX. I am especially impressed with the interior. Very nice! This vehicle must have been driven highway miles, perhaps a sales person? In any event, I wish you the best with this RX and many miles of trouble free driving.

I know, many of you cringe awaiting what you consider to be the inevitable string of posts regarding all the problems I will have as she creeps closer to 300K. For both our sakes, let's hope not!
Days behind but congrats! I have the same Bamboo Pearl. The wife loves the color. It can sometimes appear to be silver and green.

I paid 20,900 for my 2005 with 67,000 miles on it. Yours looks nicer inside.
You Stole that car for less than 10 grand. I hope the dealership you stole this car from has a good attorney

Not a bear cub... an Irish Water Spaniel.

And yes, delighted with her... my father finally got to see it this weekend and I didn't expect it to go well given her mileage but he was extremely pleased all the way around and gruffly stated that I should be able to get 100K miles and that is the most he'd hope for in an used vehicle much less one of this caliber, for under $10k. He thought the interior (particularly the wood) was fantastic.

I washed her over the weekend and discovered that they didn't wax her as agreed (how surprised was I?) - fortunately temps topped 60 and I was able to wax her myself on Sunday. I did notice some tiny chips to her paint over the front (no doubt the occasionally gravel thrown up).. Any suggestions? Do I try some touch up paint? Do they make a bra for the RX? I noticed some of the waxes available had 'chip sticks' that looked like lipsticks that were supposed to be used for such damage... are they good?

For that price, you got a hell of a car.

Nice score. The mileage wouldn't scare me, just the price pretty much.

But nice color! Super rare! adn the interior is MINT, i'm presuming this must've been a lot of HWY mileage on the car - which isn't a bad thing for a car really.

Enjoy it!

My suggestion is to get the headlights buffed/restored, the right one looks a bit weathered & dull.

Chipped paint on the front is common and has been discussed here many times. Do a search. Dr. Color Chip is one solution that comes to mind.

that is one nice ride. I think you made a good deal. even if the tranny goes out id be fixing it and carrying on.

nothing worse than settling for a honda pilot even with less miles. Boring. Cant replace the enjoyment you'll get daily out of the luxury of a lexus.

im guessing it goes another 200k with diligent upkeep. good luck with it. cant believe i read this entire thread.

Everything is great with the car so far. I've been checking the forum occasionally ever since purchasing it to get detailing tips, etc. There is condensation in the passenger head lamp and I checked out the DYI for that... seems a bit beyond my limited mechanic skills but I think I know someone that can help! Will provide feedback once it's done.

Default Lexus RX330 High Mileage

Hey VAttorney how is it after an year? Any problems? I'm considering buying a higher mileage RX350. Still drives like new? The car you got looks awesome!
