Default Warning Triangle

Can anyone tell me where the warning triangle (used in roadside emergency in Europe) is hidden on a 2005 RX300.

Not an item included with those RX sold here in the states. Have you checked your Owner's Manual?

I am surprised that the US never uses the hazard triangles. Europe and Asia use them.

It would seem the US does not have the habit of using the triangles. My BMW came, new, without the triangle that is referred to in the Manual. They just don't include them for the US. I have bought two triangles on-line and have put one in each car. Though I have not had the need to use one - ever! - I would rather have spent the couple of $ than be without one if needed - could save one's life.... Cheap insurance....
Maybe they are not provided in the US because people break down most often on Highways rather than small winding roads?

In Asia these are mandatory and there are selected approved suppliers. Hence why they are expensive if not coming from the car maker.

they are mandatory here in Kenya, along with a first aid kit and fire extinguisher...

there isnt a logical place to store them to be honest, and no provisions have been made for them.

I have a set of foldable ones in a soft bag (stops rattling and thumping over hard bumps) that i plan on affixing velcro straps to the side of the boot liner......they should strap up nicely.
