Look here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...-and-pics.html

Your owner's manual should list the quantity of ATF fluid needed for each drain and refill.
It's quite easy to do.

Yes the Manual will state full drain-fill quantities. Straightforward.

The RX350 requires Toyota World Standard Transmission Fluid. DON'T use Type IV fluid it can harm the transmission. Lexus does not require the fluid to be changed for the RX350 but it won't hurt to do so.

How much are the WS versus the T-IV's? Should be the same.

Clearly states no replacement of fluid is required for the life of the vehicle. Only inspection.

Yes every 100K, fluid has to be inspected. Means that they may find something abnormal after 100K.

Makes sense?

Had two vehicles that had lifetime fluid prior to Lexus. Those of us that were all highway miles color was good, those that had a considerable amount of stop and go, the fluid was dark. I error on the side of advance maintenance so around 50k I probably will drain. But that is just my preference.

nothing last forever. 60-75k I would changed it. I changed mines a couple months ago and the shifting is alot smoother than before from 2-3. I know some us have it 07-08 models.

I drained and filled my transmission fluid over the weekend. I tried to measured how much it drained out and thing happened. It splash all over my container. Just a little clean up but everything is fine after that. My wife RX has 60k+ miles on the clock. I don't know about 100k but at 60k my transmission fluid is pretty dark red. It didn't smell burn. We operate the vehicle very normal, no towing, no racing or anything. So check your fluid more often. It costs less than $40 but a peace in mind. After the drained and fill the transmission seem to shift smoother. Just my 2 cents.

I will tried to take the pictures of the drained out fluid tomorrow and post it.

The next thing is drained the coolant. I found the drain valve (Yellow ish) cover??? Can somebody confirm this? I took all the under cover pieces apart and found this valve. I bought 2 gallons of the long life coolant but I don't think it's enough.
