I have a pacemaker/icd looking for a cushion to attach to the seat belt...any help please

Those listed by suraj83 are a good place to start. However, dad never found one he liked in his years with his pacemaker. The second one down was the type he found the least imposing. Still, he was always pulling the seatbelt away from his body and away from his pacemaker while in any of the cars. Did not matter how we adjusted the belt height. Personal thing. perhaps getting one from above and adding more padding yourself? or maybe pulling the lap belt through so that the belt around the shoulder isn't to tight to the chest?

im not sure if there is anyway to loosen the retractable action of the seatbelt....if you could it would i'm sure make it much more comfortable
