I have the same color rx, but with aluminum wheels instead. Those chrome wheels look sharp.
As for the fuel filter, most newer vehicles do not have a traditional fuel filter, instead they have a "sock" on the fuel pump itself inside the fuel tank to filter anything out. I didn't see any mention at all for a fuel filter replacing in the factory recommended maintenance manual. It could be one of those parts that customers don't have to worry about.
When I had a toyota 4WD xtrab 22R (carbureted) engine, I changed my fuel filter with regularity. I think carbureted engines required fuel filter maintenance than new fuel injected engines do.

I have the exact same color exterior and interior '06 RX with stock 18" wheels...Very nice, clean car! Keep washing that baby and care for her. My girl is with me for 5 years and she runs like the first day I brought her home.
