I would much rather have the LED's on the bottom. I know it's like the others but this one looks funny to me. also BE AWARE all the after market headlight I know about are not going to let you use your headlights with the turn function. So if you don't care about that then this is not an issue.

When you say brighter do you mean the color? Technically you can not get brighter HID but you can get different Kelvin color like 10,000K (very very blue).
The new Mercedes and Range Rover has very "bright" lights but this is done with a combination of Kelvin color and the lens.
I would recommend that you check out swapping out your lens (Honda S2000 has very very very good lens) and then fix the cut line on your head light. This will give you very nice color and more crisp light beam.
Check out these guys webpage. There are videos on how to fix your cut line.
If you want to spend the money you can get Bi-Xeon setups that will give you four projector head lights instead of only two. This is done by converting your high beam in to low beam and when you want to use it as high beam then there is a build in tilt function that will change it back to high beam.
P.S: The HID kits on E-bay are 95% junk due to price cutting. In the head light on Ebay The LEDs are too small and the spacing is not right. If you want the same effect as the devil eyes on Audis then you will be disappointed.

Do you have HID's stock? Or just halogens?
It depends on these headlights eh... don't buy it for an AFS/HID car when you have halogen's only.
What i meant by 'not as good' [above] was the projector 'quality' won't be as sharp or cutoff as nice as OEM does, and the RX does have 'good' projectors out of the factory.
