Just received a letter from Lexus, regarding the carpet cover retaining clip issue for 2004 - early 2007 RX330/350/400h models. The letter includes a diagram showing the forward retention clip, and states that:
"Once the remedy parts are available, Lexus will replace the Front Carpet Cover with one of a different shape as well as the forward and rear retention clips".

"Lexus will send a second owner notification when the replacement parts are ready and preparations are complete".

Sounds good, this is a recall correct?

Got my letter too. They say late April and May, they will roll out the repair.

But if you are worried, you can come in and they will check it for you.
