2007 75,000 milrd
Didn't know which forum to go to. Hope this one is okay.
I had a '99 RX300 and drove it 168,000 miles. Had to change the Mass Airflow filter on it at 166,123 miles. Other than 'regular' maintenance, timing belt, engine belts, tires, batteries, etc., I did not have any problems with it. I purchased it when it had 55,000 miles on it. Never thought I would buy a used vehicle with that many miles on it, but worth every penny I paid for it. Four weeks ago I traded it for a 2007 RX350 with slightly less than 75,000 milrd on iy. This vehicle is as clean as a new one. In fact everyone that sees it first time thinks it is a new one.
It has a firmer ride than the '99 had and I'm trying to get used to the sensitive power steering....not enough pressure of power steering. That '99 was the smoothest riding vehicle I've ever owned and I've owned 39 vehicles since I was 17 years old. I can't brag enough about it.
I just hope this 2007 will be as good as the '99 was. I'll be happy with it.

I had a 2001 RX300. And except for the steering radius. I loved that car. I just had to reset the ECM every couple of fill ups.
The only problem I had on it was the A/C and Heating servo valves. I just had to take them apart. And relube them. Drove the car for almost five years. Putting about 125K on it.
In 2007 I traded it in for a new 2007 RX350. Flint Mica, FWD, Mark Levinson with Nav. My only regret is getting the RSES. I can count on both of my hands how many times it has been used.
I have almost 38K on it. I just bought the extended warranty for two years. So March 2013 I will be trading it in.
Other then modifications. The oil line Service Bulletin. And I replaced the tires about six weeks ago. It has not been in the shop.
I just hope my next Lexus holds up as well.

You should register your 2007 at the Lexus Owner's website. The complete Lexus service history of the vehicle will be there. Any warranty work or required TSB's will also be listed (Link below). The 2007 uses a timing chain instead of a belt, so you won't need to spend $$$ changing that. Enjoy your RX350.

The large steering radius was the only thing I didn't like about the '99. This '07 just doesn't have the smooth ride the '99 did. .........but I like it anyway.

Well, I said I didn't have any major problems with the '99. However, at 55,000 miles I had to have a newairconditioner compressor, expansion valve, and drier because the a/c quit working in July, and here in Texas isn't the best time for an inoperative a/c. Cost was $1,538.00 and dealer paid half of it. Dealer split the difference of the cost which means the dealer didn't actually pay half considering dealer's wholesale cost for parts, mechanic's pay, etc..
