Was not even offered a loaner for my warranty service as it took less than 2 hours. Any service taking less than 2 hours = no loaner.

LOL, I took a loaner as well since I had a lot of things to take care of. I always get a loaner if I ask, as long as I ask for it ahead of time, They have always accommodated my request.

I'm sometimes torn though, as the dealership has a new customer service facility that has everything I could want. Business offices, wireless internet, printers, even a secretarial service if needed. They offer gourmet coffee, a variety of soda and bottled water along with pastries, bagels, cookies, and a large variety of snacks. The facility has a full kitchen, a huge LCD TV, a beautiful fireplace and a glass wall overlooking a nature area. I could spend a couple hours there easily if I only had the time to spare.

I got a loaner too RX450h because I was getting minor maintenance, dent defense, recall done at the same time and also did asked for a full tank of gas and the service adviser said no problem. I have to say new RX is not as comfortable as Gen2 RX, although there are more amenities and gadgets still comfort is # 1

They told me at that dealer it was standard to offer it on a recal visit and they fill the tank.

So they gave me a brand new white (love) RX hybrid.

PS: They checked the car (36 point) and nothing is wrong. My work was good Fluids, breaks, belts etc. etc. I was super low in tire pressure though. However. I loved aspects of the new RX Hybrid but no way would I want to drive it every day unless it was a gift. Very stark inside and lacks that cushy comfort and classy look I am used to with the second gen. Inside and outside the second gen trumps for me. First gear is embarrassing. It's such a limp start I was nervous about making quick left turns if needed. Tech was cool. More trunk room but less room for rear passengers. Anyways I flet very taken care of for such a small detail job. Took care off allot of chores and had fun. Never thought I would actually feel emotionally attached to a vehicle but I was very glad to get back my RX 330

I was referring to your post asking about the 110k service (Here) but my feeble brain remembered 90k.
