Our newly purchased 2009 seems to be quite cramped on the passenger side - like the power seat won't go all the way back or something. (The driver's seat goes much further back than the passenger's.)

I measured it "all the way back" - and it's ~11.75 inches from the very front of the seat to the lock/handle on the front of the glovebox.

Is this normal? Is there any ability to adjust it to slightly further back?

It's normal, my RX350 measures the same.

Almost 12 inches is what I have on mine. The question is. How did you get your drivers seat to go back farther? Mine are both the same.
