Oops on my part ,,, I should read the post more carefully ,,, my earlier statement applies for RX300 which uses filament bulb. If 350 uses leds then I lead you astray .. Sorry

No Salim... RX350 & RX330 are same here...

Brake light = LED
Brake light that turns on when brakes applied or when headlights on

Tail light = wedge bulb
This light is only on when the headlights are on....

Default Break Switch
Someone said that it can be a break switch to cause this problem.
