Default Apologies for dumb question

Guys
I have a 2007 RX 350 FWD. My silly question is if I turn off the snow button on the gearbox and the TSC (?) button under the dash, am I electronically disconnecting anything that would improve my gas mileage?
Thanks
John

ETC Snow is a transmission mode to assist in getting the car moving in snow or icy conditions. It forces the transmission to use second gear instead of first from a stop.

I read somewhere that if you disable TC all the time you might save about 3 or 4 miles per TANK which isn't worth the trade off of knowing that the car will help you IMO. I have no source to prove that what I am saying is true... But I think it is.

Snow mode has to be engaged manually so it doesn't make sense to disable it.
