Looked up a few details in the service history on lexus' site. Was just wondering if any of you have any idea what a few of these are...are how i can find out what they mean in detail.

Next time you're in the dealership, ask the service manager for an explanation of each item.

When I bought my '09 RX CPO the service manager was kind enough to print out all the service orders for the car including parts used, campaign details, procedures used, etc. I think they have the capability to reproduce any service order that originated at their dealership although whether they will do it for you may depend upon whether they're inclined to create good will.

she bought the car used, so we were just looking up history and therefore have no service writer yet, she will be taking it in to the dealership for the 75k miles next year at some point, so she will be assigned one then, im happy to know that Thompson is a liked dealership. but just sucks they cant break it down more, im happy to know all the service was done at Lexus, there are 4 pages of history and all of them are from thompson just about.
