Today I turn off the engine, and the head still light on. And I was changing the wiper.
About 10 mins. my car won't turn on. HOW COME???????
I wonder how long can the battery last???????

How old is the battery? Would not be uncommon for that to happen with an old or weak battery. With a new battery you could do that for hours without issue.

If your battery is that weak, just replace it. Lexus has so many electronics that are dependent on good power it isn't worth the effort of trying to squeeze more time out of a failing battery. I wouldn't even jump the battery on a Lexus, just too much chance of frying something.

I have no idea of what is going on.
Usually when I arrive college early, I just seat on the car with engine off, and listen to music about 20 mins, NO PROBLEM with the battery.

Simple... batteries go bad. Get yours replaced. Advance Auto, AutoZone, Sam's Club, etc. If under warranty then talk to your dealer.

Afterwards, check your Owner's Manual about how to reset your window controls.

Those headlights draw a lot more power than the radio does -- 55W @ 12V (each) if I remember correct. Probably why you had no problems with just the radio on.

Go get it checked in a local BM Auto store. They can diagnose if it is the alternator or if it is your battery.
