RX 350 2007....How difficult to change the air filter in the engine department ? Can somebody explain How ?

The link below gives an explanation to do this. Unfortunately, this person had many problems, so things can go wrong. You can purchase engine air filters at the local Toyota dealership. The Lexus RX uses the same filter as the Highlander. Since I have Toyota do the minor maintenance on my Lexus, I have them do the air filter as well.
