Question Radio questions!

I wanted a HD radio for somereason and sure enough someone was nice enough to get it for me for Christmas........ Long story short it is a visteon hdz300. I have a 04 rx330 without the levinson or the navi.. the hd radio tuner/ receiver has 2 rca connections where it looks like it hooks up to the back of the radio. One is a input and the other is output. But it also says on the box that works off a fm transmitter... so do i need to hook up those rca's? if so where and how no rca connections on back of factory radio, is there a adapter i can buy from regular wires to rca connections? (im assuming its for sound)....

Again trying to hook up a HD radio ( visteon hdz300 ) to 04 RX330 any feedback would help...
thank you

Welcome to Clublexus. Just a couple of tips for you and any other new members.

Search Google prior to posting any questions. If you have no luck.

Use the search function on Clublexus. It is outstanding. When your looking for help. Look in all of the Lexus models. They all use the same systems.

Also every question you could possibly think of asking. Ever. Has already been answered.

If your looking into how your car operates. The owners manual for your car is online at this Lexus web site.

https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/home

It also has a great search functions.

If after all this you have no luck. And want to start a new topic. State which type of car and equipment you have installed. For example the year. Is it a 330 or 350. FWD or AWD. Is it a Lexus that was sold in the states or overseas. Mark Levinson or Premium Stereo. Navigation. Rear Entertainment. Does the system work and your only getting a warning. Things like that.

On your Radio install. A .5 second search on this web page found this topic. There are many more like it.

Good luck and welcome to Club Lexus.

Sorry my link doesn't work.

RX330inFL can you provide all of the information the OP needs?.

Or better yet. Maybe the OP can use the search himself.
