Hi guy`s, I was looking over my history on my Lexus .com. And on the vehicle maint. from my dealership, I noticed they have written "steering whl/main shaft? What does this mean? anybody have a clue?

No idea what that could mean specifically.
I wish they had more details, there's a few things in my RX300's service history on lexus.com that I'm curious about but there are no details as to what they did or didn't do.

Perhaps they inspected it per Lexus instructions on a TSB or they lubricated it.
