Default Transmission oil type and how many quarts?
I have 2008 rx350 I would like to know what type of trans oil it takes and how many quarts do I need if I just drains and fill? can I used T-IV from Toyota?

This information can easily be found in the Owner's Manual.

You definitely DO NOT want to use Type IV in an RX350. Requires WS.

Does anyone knows what Toyota parts # for Lexus RX350 2008 oil filter, air filter and cabin filter?

Easiest way is to just go to Sewell, one of the Club Lexus partner vendors, and look up the info:
