Hard to decipher your question but I will give it a try. Are you asking, do all Lexus RX 2007 - 08 vehicles with navigation join with bluetooth devices automatically? The answer to that is yes, but you must setup the device so that the Lexus will recognize it. The directions are in the owner's manual.
