Received my car back from a service at the dealership, however I did notice that when making calls through bluetooth it was connected however I could not hear nor could the caller hear me, also all buttons pushed on the interface no longer made a beeping noise, along with when I pushed the audio button it would say Audio off. This also affected my Sirius Sat add on.

You may ask but yes the radio and cd player do function properly. I did take it to the dealer and they have not been able to sort out the issue and I have been waiting well over a month for them to find resolution from Lexus of Canada. Any previous experience with this would help if anyone had some input. I have also had the Sirius unit removed to see whether it was causing the issue as well had the car without the battery connected for 12 hours hoping to reset the system with no avail.

I hope someone can please help as the dealer does not seem to know how they have caused the issue
