Clogged Sunroof Drain repair breaks transmission?
I've seen lots of posts on clogged sunroof drains. They were very useful when we discovered water in my wife's RX350. Brought it to the Lexus dealer. They cleared tubes, dried rugs, etc. However when we got the car back the transmission was damaged. Is this just a terrible coincidence? The connection to the leaking roof seems absurd. Is there anyway they could have damaged the transmission?

What was the damage to the transmission and the dealers response?
More details will be needed to get any opinions.
Very unlikely they are related, almost as bad as a light bulb burning out then you get a flat tire.
