Lucas fuel treatment/injecter cleaner
I know this has been discussed in the past. But I forgot just how well this stuff seems to make my vehicle run. As we all know the winter blend gutter water they call fuel, is loaded with Bull****,as well as a very dry fuel. So for the Heck of it I was out in the garage, and saw some I have left on my work bench. And decided to put it in the tank, washed it down with some fuel I have for our generator (because this stuff gets real thick in the cold) Anyway, this morning going to work I noticed a definite power improvement and throttle response! Now some of you call it Snake oil etc. But if this Snake oil makes an improvement like this, I`ll use it.

Lucas Fuel Treatment is on sale at Advance Auto Parts through the end of the month for $5. If you order online for store pickup you can use a discount code, for example, "P20" to get an extra 20% off.
Personally, have not used this product.

If you guys know a shop, or someone that can get you some.....
BG Fuel System treatment. Throw a bottle of this stuff in your can every 15K. I have used a variety of products, and I thionk BG is the most effective.
And for the record, I recently did intake manifold gasket and valve gaskets and the entire top of the engine was very very clean. Absoultely NO build up sans a little in the throttle body.

When I had my F350 diesel my napa guy talked me into a gallon of the Lucus, finally down to my last quart of it, very cost effective, use it on my motorcycles and everything that burns gasoline not just diesel, good product!

I use Seafoam every 4K miles or so.

I use Chevron Techron Concentrate Plus every 5K (I change my filter and oil every 2.5K, so it's every other oil change in this case) and it seem to be working on my 04 Rx330 with about 43K miles. In the first 2-3 gas up aftre treatment, I'm definitely getting better mpg and performance, but not much after that until the next treatment. I also used Lucas and it pretty much works the same. I assumed the carb come back after a thousand miles or so.
I have never use Seafoam, remember reading somewhere saying that it could damage your engine. Can anyone speak to this? I would like to give Seafoam a shot to see if it would help. My rational was that, just like how different gasoline brands contain different detergents in their gas, using different brands over time will help remove certain bad chemicals in the car that one brand might have missed. I'm applying the same theory here.

You change your oil every 2,500 miles?? Why?

The service interval on oil changes is 4 months or 5000 miles. Currently, I average less than 500 miles a month on my RX. So, if you are an individual like myself where my RX sits most of the time would you wait for 5000 miles to roll around before doing an oil change? Would be nearly a year between oil changes.
Am going to guess SaneEnch's situation is much like mine.

Couldn't say it better! I have less than 43k on my 9 years old 2004 Rx330. That's less than 5k a year. I 'prefer' to change the oil out every 6 months or so, which is about 2.5k miles.

I am closing in on 90K for my 2004 RX330. I say "closing" as that has been the case for several years now. In the past I was putting between 12K and 15K miles yearly on my RX when I first got it. Lately, it is more like 300 to 350 miles a month.
