If you are doing this yourself the best thing to do while everything is apart is to change everything that you can. This includes timing belt, water pump, seals and accessory belts. As for brand, stay with Toyota/Lexus.

+1 stay with lexus/Toyota parts. Sewell does provide the entire kit for water bump replacement as well as a 90K service kit. I bought all the parts there and got it done at a local family mechanic place. More got done then a regular a typical 90K service but well worthfit

If you can afford to, I would replace it while you have it apart.

Am I mistaken? I thought these RXs did not need the timing belt replaced.

The 3.3L engine in the RX330 uses a timing belt and it does need to be replaced.

The 3.5L engine in the RX350 uses a timing chain and it does not need to be replaced.
