Default Rear window not working

Disclaimer: I know all about the need to normalize/relearn the windows with the master switch after disconnecting the battery, and I have also verified that the window lock is off.

My passenger side rear window can neither be lowered or raised. Both the rear switch and the master switch are not doing a thing. No clicks, no motor noises, etc. The indicator lights are not illuminating on either the master switch or the individual rear switch. All other windows and sunroof are functioning properly.

Any ideas?

Have you checked the fuses that's located on the drivers side near the foot rest under the steering wheel. There are two fuses for the rear window, I believe 20 amp each.

Yes, I checked the fuses and switched the two rear window fuses just to check and the right rear still wasn't going down. I'm beginning to think that I'm looking at a regulator motor.
