Default Tensioner? Squealy

I've been searching the forums and am getting conflicting info. I have an 04 rx330 and when first starting up for the day it makes a squeal noise for a couple seconds. I changed the belts and it still happens. I read that a tensioner could be bad but I can't find a diagram or a part number at Sewell. Maybe 04 doesn't have one? What could be the culprit?

The 04 does not have a belt tensioner. The timing belt has a tensioner but it is VERY VERY rare to have a timing belt squeal. Have the POWER STEERING belt tighten and the alternator belt tighten again. The power steering belt is harder to properly tighten.

Thanks. I know the alternator belt has a tension bolt to get it snug. But for the power steering belt, what do you recommend to pry the belt tight without creating any damage to any of the main housing parts w/a pry bar?

Grab the belt and try to twist it at its longest span, if you can twist it 90 degrees it is too loose.

I used a pry bar in one hand wedged where I could get leverage on the pump, pulled back towards rear of vehicle, then tightened the keeper bolt with the other hand. Use a pry bar and just be conscious of where you are prying against and on.
