Anything to worry about with a 2009 …
RX 350 AWD with 82,000 (supposedly highway) miles?
Car seems very clean.
Are there any major scheduled maintenance issues at this milage that could be expensive?
The dealership is asking $20,995.00 for the car.

I own a 2006 RX400h with 114K on her.... mine had timing belt and water pump done at 100K, since the 3.3L motor has a timing belt. The only maint items I am working on is swapping coolant, diff fluid for front and rear trans axles (which is transmission fluid, by the way), transmission fluid, etc. Not expensive stuff.
The RX is really fairly simple and not too costly to maintain. The only stuff that can get expensive would be any of the electronic stuff, which could be an issue out of warranty, however that's an area where Toyota has very good reliability overall.
