rx 330 2004 cruise control

i have a problem my cruise control dosent want to come on is there a plug in the motor that maybe will be loose because it was good a week ago and the other day they where fixing me the air con maybe they forget to plug something

I'm having a similar issues where the dealer swapped my radiator and now the cruise flashes when I turn it on. Let me know if you find the module.
