Can the Nav caution/I agree screen be disabled?
I don't understand why it has to
come up every time you start the car.
I could understand that being necessary
In a rental car. I have ver. 05.1

Regarding your initial question, there were some users here at CL who had reported that they could bypass the "I Agree" prompt as long as they still used an older version of the DVD for the NAV system prior to version 10.1. The current version is 13.1. Starting with 10.1 these users reported that the bypass no longer worked, however, those with GEN 5 or newer NAV systems no longer needed to worry about this as the prompt was removed.
As you have a GEN 4 NAV system in your 2006 RX330 the newer DVD does nothing for you regarding the prompt though it does provide you with new POI and street information. GEN 2/3/4 systems still get the "I Agree" prompt.

If you spend some time searching the forums here at CL you will find the information I am referring to, as with answers to many of the questions you have been asking. Most all of them have been covered previous.
As for why the prompt... we live in a litigious society. I get a similar prompt on my older Garmin GPS when I fire it up each time. If you do not like it you can always purchase another vehicle.
