Unfortunately, eekin80, no DIY has been posted for such work on a 2nd Generation RX. You might try your local library to see if they have a Chilton or Haynes repair manual.
And perhaps you could be the person who posts a writeup on this.

Alchemist, sorry for the slow response. I'll take some pics and add them to the write up. Gonna do the thermostat too as it only makes sense since I'm already in there. Hope to dig into it this weekend. I've been in Music City for close to 30 years. Bought this RX new mainly as a daily driver for my wife and safe trainer for my kids. Wife had it part of a year and kids have had it since. Three kids, 4 years of high school and 6 years of college and it shows but everything on it still works and it runs really well. It also kept a car load of kids from getting hurt in a bad wreck in 05. Safe car, one of the best cars I've owned and my youngest still uses it.

Great write-up! Just replaced my radiator - rx330 2004. Pretty straight forward. Lower mount screw rusted and I could not get out. Two screws on each corner connect radiator to mount. Each mount has one screw through AC condenser coil (from front of car). I was able to remove bolts from 2 AC hard lines to AC condenser that allowed me to lift both units and slide bottom towards engine. This gave me direct access to radiator screws from bottom of car and I was able to remove. Sewell Lexus radiator, hoses and clamps excellent and cost-effective.
